Bermuda Rai Return Policy & Warranty            

Your satisfaction is our priority!  You may return your merchandise within 30 days of your purchase. All returns must be in the original case and/or packaging and in perfect resalable condition for credit.
 
To start a return, you can contact us at service@bermudarai.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The only type of return or exchange we handle are even exchanges.   

Damages and issues

Warranty
Our sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for two years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect in materials and workmanship. Nose pads are free as long as the parts are available. We’ll repair or replace at our option, any pair of Bermuda Rai found to be defective and exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.
