Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days
Shipments will be processed Monday through Friday and excluding holidays. If we are experiencing backorders due to high volume you will be notified by email.

The delivery time is an estimated delivery time based on UPS guidelines and are subject to UPS rates. Bermuda RAi is not responsible for delivery delays.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Bermuda RAi cannot ship via UPS to a PO Box. Those shipments will need to be shipped via USPS.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Order confirmations will arrive via email or text message depending on the preference you select when ordering.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Bermuda RAi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Bermuda Rai is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
